In the Rhine-Neckar region is a team of around 200 employees responsible for the commercial side of business.

Presently, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Systems Manager who is responsible for the CRM System.

Organizational integration:

The Sales Systems Manager is part of the sales back office team. He reports to the manager of the back office team.

Tasks and responsibilities:

The main role of a Sales Systems Manager is to ensure the proper running and usage of sales systems and to support the sales organization with reports that help to control and drive the business.

The goal is to support and help the field sales colleagues concerning all matters around the CRM tool so that they can concentrate on their own job.

In details this means:

  • · Ongoing support & training of the CRM system (SIEBEL) from a sales user and general business perspective
  • · Leading and delivering CRM training modules & workshops
  • · Supporting all members of the sales team with regard to other additional sales systems
  • · Being involved in BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) for the local business on all new systems related releases and support roll out of new systems & upgrades to include relevant training plans
  • · Driving the CRM agenda and accuracy in the local business
  • · Cross-functional expertise – working with Sales, Finance, Supply & IS to resolve issues and improve SIEBEL & systems functionality; finding workable business solutions

Processes:

  • · Coordinating sales forecasting process
  • · Supporting yearly plan process

Reporting:

  • · Supporting head of back office and sales department
  • · Providing Siebel forecast accuracy analyses for SOM and implementing corrective actions if necessary

Additional responsibility:

  • ·Vacation replacement for the head of sales back office
Profile of the candidate:

Education/studies:

  • · Academic background appreciated
  • · Strong experience in using sales business systems and solutions for customer planning & execution (preferably within RB)
  • · Sales background, with major account management experience gained in FMCG markets
  • · 3-4 years commercial experience
  • · Basic finance or sales controlling experience
  • · Profound knowledge of a modern CRM system; appreciated SIEBEL
  • · Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • · Knowledge of other market data systems (e.g. Nielsen, Drotax)
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
